I worked with Dhardra during my time aboard Mia Elise.
She was the only person at the time that could source me a replacement Tender/Chase Boat for the 165′ Yacht in the Bahamas for a last-minute charter. Within 24hrs Dhardra had the tender ready and delivered to the yacht, which speaks to her efficiency, communication skills, and ‘can-do’ attitude.
